Share increase questions.

I haven't yet voted for or against the proposed share increase supported by the BoD. I'd actually like to hear some opinions on whether this is a good move or not. One of my concerns is dilution. From what I understand, current shareholders will not see any increase in their shares, so it's only logical to assume those shares will be worth less (not including market PPS declines). On the other hand, the company sounds like it needs an infusion of cash to continue moving forward.

So what are some of your thoughts?
