Here's the thing though, and it doesn't matter if you agree, even if you do prove what you intend, the end of this could simply be he files an 8k wherein BTZOs business information is simply updated.
However, given KK will likely structure the same deal where FCC gets the greater percentage, GERS will still only get 20% of the pie. It does KK no good to allow GERS to keep more. That said, he could also just eliminate BTZO from the picture all together to ensure FCC owns more of settlement. Still, GERS gets the 20% it gets regardless of BTZO existing or not. The future of BTZO, as has really been my contention all along will be based on how vested an interested KK has in its success. Whether it's more profitable to hide 80% in FCC or give up 16% (as noted by Dutch) and let the mega hype (because that's all that's happening there) ride.
