That is absolute nonsense - why would GWP acquire OWCP?

OWCP doesn't own any patents - they don't have any assets.

Here is the GWP "intellectual property portfolio at September 30, 2015, includes 60 patent families with issued and/or pending claims directed to plants, plant extracts, extraction technology, pharmaceutical formulations, drug delivery and the therapeutic uses of cannabinoids, as well as plant variety rights, know-how and trade secrets. From these families, as of September 30, 2015, we own 353 pending patent applications worldwide. Within the United States, we already have 32 issued patents with a further 32 pending patent applications under active prosecution. There are an additional 349 issued patents outside of the United States."

Completely absurd to think any real company would acquire OWCP - they don't have anything worth acquiring.
