Hardly...but the OTC pink sheets don't provide a serious amount of differentiation among then.

And when one looks at the share structure, level of convertible debt, control structure, accumulate deficit, history of reverse splits, and negative shareholder equity of BVTK...it is a fairly typical OTC "pink".
