Perhaps this attitude toward LBHI's TRuPS holders is why our CTs do not have a corresponding guarantee claim number or any mention of a CTs' Guarantee Trustee in this bankruptcy or any notice to CT holders! Also, these statements speak volumes about holding onto the ECAPS money market cash while the CTs' prospectuses are enforceable for payment of their back interest especially prior to March 6, 2012!
