the conclusions you make are astounding....
the company stated that they are selling preferred A which is non-dilutive to the current shareholders and the monies are going to the company ( not to frankie or harry ) why would an investor do that >????
.... the company is Continuing to receive money until after the DD period and then will receive the balance....
I would like to wait and see what the company can do now that they actually have money to bring products to market.....
