Ohio has moved to separate medical marijuana from the bad news connected to opioid addiction.
Ohio has spent one million dollars to create a 1-800 number for patients, families, and physicians to call in with questions and for assistance to clear any concerns regarding medical marijuana and being prescribed medical marijuana.
The one million dollars covers a 3-year contract to operate the 1-800 number with medical marijuana specialists and medical marijuana will start being dispensed statewide in September 2018.
