Easy for him to deny to you that he owns collateral shares. Not so easy to come on here and deny publicly that he owns collateral shares.

You do not FK around when becoming a 10% owner. You have to file immediately. The only excuse that he has, is that he didn't include the collateral shares until he had to file. Which suggest he owns somewhere between 1 and 1.5M collateral shares.
