No it wasn't anyone could have sold collateral shares coming from US, also Garett. But I would thrust him to get them back, but all this falls if you know for sure that Garett never had any collateral shares! So what was it?

Also you are saying that he have been buying >2M shares from the market during 2017 aside from the ones he was filing for(2/1)....but then he did not care to send in a Form 4!?

@RD, the share count I used included shares that he had in the beginning of 2017, not a big issue just for being correct (also included Rochdale's shares that equally magically ended up in another physical persons hands, Garret's!).
