“More T-Trades NOT reported on the chart again yesterday.“

Once again, that is purely an issue with your chart provider. The trades are on the tape. That is the official record. What any given chart provider is providing as resolution of the consolidated tape on THEIR chart product is their issue.

As a couple of examples IHub and OTC Market’s chart products do not include ANY after hours data. The chart stops at 4:30 pm EST.

So there is no relevance to what any given chart product provides as resolution of the tape to the question of actual trade reporting under FINRA rules.
