$HCEI - This ones been under the radar since the last moonshot where it went up 9x and back down to were it started all on the same day. Super tight 184m float.

Setup is a bit more deliberate this time and much less of a P&D with a slow incremental climb for the past couple weeks while the company works to get current.

Merger news or new company direction PR is expected within the next couple weeks. Resistance levels of 2 and 3 cents may be blown out of the water given the smaller 184m float.
