The manipulation of silver, which effects First Majestic may be coming to a close this year. CFTC'S Enforcement Chief, James Mcdonald stated that the CFTC is committed to identifying and charging individuals/companies that are engaged in unlawful activity (manipulating/spoofing). It was reported last month that several banks and traders have been charged by the US DOJ.

So perhaps all this illegal silver price manipulation will come to close this year. However, things don't happen overnight, and I wouldn't be surprised to see more pressure put on First Majestic shares in the very short term. I really have no idea where the "immediate" silver price will go, which is why its good to hold at least some of your position here, and not sell everything. I wouldn't margin anything right now!
