they actually said they will say who the investor is After they get to the amount required by SEC rules, which does mean a filing.....they the investor would like to remain un named until then... to me... this sounds like they have some sort of plan...... they are currently funding the company, they are getting involved in helping bring products to market, and according to the release, also identifying board members to help with the direction of the company.....
why not wait and see what happens.... at this point, how much more is there to lose ???
