I believe this is what was tweeted by Berman:

just spoke to otc markets yield sign will be removed within 24 hours we were not late to file and atty letter due in 30 to 45 days confirming all financials.

I can translate that to mean several things like OTC Markets informed him the letter has to be out within 30-45 days or he knows that's what regulators allow and is just saying so... but that's not definitively saying the attorney wants that or won't put it out before that timeline...
