VPOR will survive but RCGR will be a dumping ground. Dror and crew will cash in all of their holdings of First Intercontinental when they get the share price up a bit more. How much, I don't know, but it won't be long in happening.
Dror has already stirred the caca over there. If you have been following the RCGR board, CB has laid out a pretty good blueprint for those folks, about what has happened and what is about to happen with their stock. Of note, is his post #s 1227 and 1250.
Of course, many of those people don't agree.
VPOR has owned Simple Cork since Nov. 8th, 2016. In those two years, they couldn't peddle it to anyone. Now, they will use it as a drawing card to entice investors into First Intercontinental.
If and when I receive any shares of RCGR, I will dump them within a week. All in IMHO
