Vapor companies don't tend to actually reside in a Physical location, have 100 employees or have verifiable assets and business partnerships as I have found. Simple Google search and you can find the Tenant List of The Crescent office buildings with NVC Fund and their Subsidiary NVC Gooch Companies listed as a tenant under lease. You can also verify the mining assets easily as they have 22 precious mineral Lode mines under their ownership in Wyoming.
