There is incentive to hold as shares accrue 8% per year. Depends on the investor but other than the 6 month lock and the fact that there is definitely going to be difficulty selling paper Canadian securities. Even if they do sell now I don't see that they hit 'the market'

I would prefer to see all 12M dumped at $1 but that won't happen either.
