Its transparent but its not like the program is setting bids for where you are set with a stop loss, its more around testing resistance. Your stop was probably at the resistance level and I imagine it fell through right? The way those algorithms are programmed, they cant actively judge and decide based on stop losses that are being set at every second of the day, its just a computer program.
