They just diluted the share count by an additional 11.5 million. Thats almost double the current outstanding shares.

They currently have 14m
Adding 11.5m

The $1000 debentures are convertible into. 16,667 shares @ .60

Each note also carries 250 warrants @.80 a share.

These investors are way in the money on this deal. I wish i was part of it.

And I’m not sure if there are any time restrictions on the issuance. If thats the case they will covert all immediately and sell are shares immediately.
