When you can get the premier patent attorney firm working for you on an all or nothing contingency, that is about as strong an opinion as will ever exist on a patent court case outcome.

If this doesn't speak volumes to you, nothing ever will.

This more than any other item made me a believer and there is plenty more.

Just how much money would this level of legal expertise cost if you had to hire this firm to prosecute this case and pay the costs? Maybe about A Million or more? My understanding is they looked at this case for 9 months before taking it. Talk about doing your D&D.

I'd say this contingency arrangement is about as rare as seeing a UFO.
It may be out there but I've never seen one?

What more could you ask for in the way of a expert legal opinion from a knowledgeable inside source? IMHO, the current stock price is a gift.

All of our own opinions are almost meaningless in comparison to the monetary commitment this firms decision represents.

I see the risk as not being in? Just my .02
