Yup, I agree and think they are fair to shareholders with quarterly meetings. In-between they are doing their jobs and doing them well instead of pumping out fluff PR to artificially inflate stock price which is more in line with what you see in the rest of the OTC. This one operates and trades like a proper NYSE stock.

And also a good point that management has 70% outstanding shares, while they may not care about stock price now they certainly will at some point in the future.
