I have been speaking with Etrade and AMDAQ for the last 2 months to try to help myself and other Etrade users to get that divy. Etrade initially told me they have not received the shares and to contact the TA. I contacted Pacific Stock Transfer who told me AMDAQ itself was responsible for issuing the shares and they gave me a # (which every time I've called so far all I have gotten is an answering machine) and an email address. I have made contact on several occasions with AMDAQ via email. They have continuously told me the shares have been sent to etrade but sometimes etrade receives their divy's through 3rd parties and locating and applying the shares can sometimes take a while. Yesterday Friday 2-2-18 I contacted both AMDAQ and Etrade and told them I wanted answers as to where the shares were and if both kept giving me the run around about how AMDAQ has sent them but Etrade claiming they have not received them that I was going to contact the SEC for help. AMDAQ told me they welcomed the idea of help from the SEC, Etrade told me they would research the issue and have an answer for me Tuesday. I will give them until Tuesday but if I get no answer as to where the shares are by then I will contact the SEC to see what they can find out for us. I will keep everyone posted.
