Global Mobiletech, Inc (“GLMB”) was organized under the laws of the State of Nevada, USA on December 10, 2007, to provide mobile VoIP communications and mobile advertising applications and services.

On October 9, 2013 GLMB filed a notice under Form 15 Section 12 (g) of the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to suspend the Company’s reporting obligations under Sections 13 and 15 (d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Since going dark, GLMB has developed a Cryptocurrency-Social Media Analytics Platform that has transformed the Company to be a provider of live video embedded apps and services, video analytics and the operation of GiltsEdge Cryptocurrency Exchange.

On May 15, 2016 GLMB acquired USPTO, patents #8,005,057 and #8,089,943. The patents have enhanced the competitive edge of the Company’s Cryptocurrency-Social Media Analytics Platform and helped to differentiate GLMB’s video embedded apps and services from all other players in the global marketplace.
