You're relying too heavily on their business and not the bare minimum definition of a business. I suspect as business activity has stopped but what are the SEC requirements to define a business. Once again, logically speaking, KK gets no benefit from letting BTZO die. It just decreases his revenue streams. Who would do that and why?
