Florida no longer has a chance to legalize MJ in 2018. Right now there is still the possibility of Michigan, Arizona, and North Dakota to vote to legalize recreational and then Idaho, Utah, Missouri, Oklahoma, and South Dakota to legalize medical. As of now Oklahoma is the only state that’s officially on the ballot, while in Michigan and South Dakota signatures have been submitted. The other 5 have signature deadlines from April-July.
This doesn’t count any state that could legalize recreational marijuana through the state legislature.
