however Grofe DID sound convincing when he told me news/ PR's and 8K's would be coming, that he's been busy -- and I'm on him, got his number literally, and this is in the right place @the right time, he'd have to be daft to lose this opportunity after buying out the company AND Baked American in 2014...

and as on IBox, his LinkedIn as well as hiring new, bigger accountants who working toward getting current -- Grofe also told me they're working on fin's -- shows his interest is very much alive.

I think this was suggested in that email, which is now gone but Grofe stated, essentially true -- possibility supported by info presented in filings about BakedAmerican, although at that time, all that's happened in the last 3-4 couldn't have been predicted.
