There have been a lot of recent activity in the various UDF lawsuits. It's concerning that UDFI hasn't filed financials. But, the more I read, the more I think that it is a strategic decision related to the ongoing lawsuits. At least I'm hopeful of that.

UDFI is aggressively going after discovery with Bass. Makes me hopeful that UDFI both has a case that is winnable and also has real value in the portfolio.
