What’s to guess they announced they were getting 600k worth of funding and I. Exchange they either pay 8% annual interest or let them convert it into shares.


The share price they get is $50,000 worth of half whatever the price is 20 days before they convert so if they convert in 90 days which I believed is the soonest they can and the price is .001 still they would get 100,000 million shares for each part of the 600k loan or 1.2 billion shares in total over the life of this funding. Only good news is they aren’t aloud to short the stock.

Better hope they come out with something big
