It ain’t over till it’s over.

As the court records show, the SEC has been actively pursuing these crooks.
They sought Ray’s divorce records from the wrong court and on 12/26/16 were instructed to try again in the correct court.

That means another delay and I don’t know where that court will be, so don’t know if I’ll be able to follow the case for that part.

But I assume that once they have those record they’ll begin filing in the New York Eastern District Court again and we’ll be able to follow the proceedings.

Disbursement may or may not happen this year. If things continue going this slowly we probably won’t.

As I stated before, on 2/2/17 (exactly a year ago today), Barton, Goode, Manzo and Briggs were given 14 days to pay their disgorgements.
So it’s likely the SEC has already collected a substantial amount of the monies. The total owed for the bunch was $8,871,459.53.

I made a lot of calls to NY this week, being bounced from one judicial district to another, trying to find out why Goode is still practicing law (or lawbreaking). Was finally told to contact the Manhattan District Attorney’s office since he’s now working at a firm on Madison Ave. https://www.zimmetlaw.com/attorneys/bill-goode.htm
I didn’t have time to do it yet.

But when I asked one Grievance Department why Goode is still practicing law without a single disciplinary action on his record, I was told that since he hasn’t been criminally convicted of anything he hasn’t done anything wrong in the State's view (even though he was charged and agreed to repay over 3 million dollars of stolen money).

So EVERYONE should be calling NY and pressuring them to file criminal fraud charges against the four scumbags listed above!
