PennyHead, Exactly!!! Your are correct. I just went on the SEC Edgar homepage and searched on ON4 Communications and the last time an 8K was filed was March 2015, 15-12G (April 2015) & SC 13G/A (May 2015). I sold yesterday for a tax loss due to SCAM Steve. This guy scam us shareholders and the entire company is a scam. Those PRs are not legit and can't be backed up with audit financials. Steve alleged he has been making all these sales and/or potential sales abroad and on US soil. This crook has been lying to us. I pray the SEC shut this company down and bar him from trading on any exchange OTC, NYSE, NASDAQ, etc. I wish Steve goes to jail for this scam.
