Once again the CEO has failed to properly file a Form 4 with the J Transaction - which states the filer must attach a note that explains the acquisition.

We know that the CEO didn't acquire the 10 million shares on the Open Market or a Private Purchase.

This is the third Form 4 that the CEO didn't file correctly - the first has been amended.

For all of the giddiness about the CEO acquiring 10 million shares - she certainly didn't purchase them.
