Did the CEO state he wanted to get this to a penny and uplist? Or am I thinking of another stock?

I bought in before the last pump to .0007. It looked good at the time, so I was expecting it to keep going up. I wish I had sold it and moved on. This is the first stock I was actually stuck with and unable to sell off, even at a loss.
