Reality Racing Inc (RRGI)

Racin-for-a-livin - I just read a business article a few days ago about this. The creator has been working on this for over 5 years. He has been using his own money because nobody wants to sponsor it. The article also said that the networks are not interested. The article said that at best, it will be an internet broadcast production. The concept is similiar to RRGI, but has some major differences....it is primarily internet based, the drivers are selected by internet voting, the drivers are amateur drivers already with many already having their own cars, they are not "rookie" driver want-a-bees which gives RRGI a better viewer reality appeal, the reality TV appeal is not there because the drivers are semi-pro and just haven't been able to break into the Big Time.....
IF you are looking for reality type, American Idol type TV - this is not it........major difference. I see no threat here !
