Hello ASCK,

I first would like to thank you for being a penny stock,, otherwise, I wouldn't have become aware of "Concrete Homes" like this.

I have over 20 years experience in building and over 25 years of stock trading experience. I will now work with my cousin & nephew who are fantastic architects and start a Concrete Homes Co.! Obviously, you guys have just become a Diluting Penny Stock Scam! Since your R/S,, and Idiotic A/S that was raised to 20BILLION,, ALL shareholders now know you guys are just a stock selling scam! You are the CONS of CONcrete Homes! I live in the mid-west,, and perfectly positioned to start a business like this,, and I own 20 acres that are now zoned for business use! I know for a fact you can't patent the use of Cellular Concrete for this process! When I started in construction,, I worked for a Co. that built prefabricated houses. This will be fun showing you fools how REAL business is done! Let me give you a clue... First of all, your selling off of 500 million shares @ a .0005 ave only brings in $250,000 to your creditors to pay off your debts and you get nothing to work with! I read in an email from Lee that he has experience in the Stock Market since 1981 and "experienced a lot situations." I believe that,, but the situations experienced where probably where he lost his ass in the market downturns!...lol Someone with actual winning experience would worked deals with the customers you say want 500 homes. If this were actually true, you could have sold a customer like this 50million shares for $1,000,000 @ .02,, or 100million shares @ .02 for $2,000,000 and locked the shares up for 2 to 5 years. The deal could have even been worked out where this $2million was a down payment on the houses they wanted to buy. This would be a great selling point to get them to invest!! Heck even only letting the shares be unlocked in 10million increments over a 5 year period In this deal with the investor/builder. This would have given you ALL the working capital you needed with 0 debts! You could have even made this deal with a couple other investor/builders for more $millions to use to get this off the ground,, and OWNING the land instead of leasing!!! You would still have a O/S under 300million - 500million and your PPS would have easily traveled into the $Dollars once you actually produce these concrete homes! ...but that is OK, thank-you for showing me how NOT to run a business!! I'm going to Luv kicking your ASCK into the ground!!
