When those expectations fail repeatedly due to out and out fraud as is the case with maraniscam we routinely move for justice in the form of holding those responsible for the defrauding of others accountable chewie thats how our system is designed to work.
Regulators failing to hold fraudsters accountable for their actions is unaceptable chewie as that only leads to anarchy which is what the otc has become.
There is no excuse for it. Imo
Budget constraints, too much fraud, its always been this way, traders have to sign a release to trade the otc - thats all bs excuse making.
ENFORCE THE RULES , THE LAW. PERIOD.
