The lawsuit was filed on 12/9/16 in federal court in New York under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and named the entire triumvirate here, William Wright, Keystone Financial Management and CGRA as defendants. There have been a number of items from the court's file posted here, but I do not recall any formal confirmation of the "Dismissal" noted here today.
