CEO's of penny stocks use the short position lie to hide the dilution of the stock. It's that simple

Look at the price of this stock and tell me what firm/brokerage would be stuck in a short position? It can't get much lower and why would they be stuck?

Don't fall for the old short position BS. It's simply that, BS.
