The Trump administration is considering removing Obama-era guidance that has allowed banks to open accounts for marijuana businesses without running afoul of federal regulators.

Too funny, the SEC, a government agency though is allowing public companies that state in their filings, unequivocally, that they are in the business of aiding and abetting, thru financing agreements, federally illegal businesses?

I thought the SEC was supposed to protect investors?????
