LOL. I think it is in one of the filings. Something like 99,999 for 1. I asked Jon about this in the beginning, and he said that he knew that it was a crazy figure, and he had nothing to do with the way it was set up. When he bought the shell, it was already in place.

Anyway, I asked him if he would change it, and he said what was the point. He has taken great care of the capital structure this far, and hey....we either trust him...or we don't.
