The terms have not been disclosed yet, as we all know. Could be part of the private placement money used as initial payment. Also they just started recieving revenue from their 25 bed hospital in December. Anything right now is purely speculation until it is disclosed.

$CYH im sure made a good deal as they want to get down to 100 hospitals owned, so im assuming if $RNVA assumed liabilities with the purchase price they got a decent deal.
