Agreed, amazing that lenders can pay 1/2 off the market price at will to loan the company money. Even more amazing is the company paid a recent 800k back or most of after the conversion to highly discounted stock from the loan!!! Add MS into the mix once the SEC blesses the reg statement for REGISTERED FREE TRADING FLOAT SOARING STOCK, and the fact that this 3 person hooplah circus cannot get anything done in Freetown and all you have is a dilution machine and wasted opportunity. I am not even sure Freetown wants recreational MJ and to think the medical community of 50k patients is gonna make current or future producers move into a med facility on outrageous lease terms that benefit the CFO's family, stretches the imagination.
