Teamster Employees have given this company hundreds of Millions in wage concessions in the last nine years. What have they gotten back????? The lowest wages in the LTL segment, worn out junk equipment, newer leased equipment that is not maintained properly, and an attitude from the executive level on down to local management that has destroyed morale. How does Old Dominion, FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, Saia, XPO, etc., pay their employees 15 to 20 thousand more per year in wages with excellent benefits, and outperform this company year after year?? And let's remember, it wasn't the employees who got this company into trouble in the first place, it was the terrible management decisions that brought on 3 billion in debt. The employees are paying for it though. Within 5 years this company is history.
