what really caused the "Bottle Neck".

When the "Bottle Neck" story came out I did some research and found this blog from a Panasonic employee.

She / he goes by "ENDEEP" and from what Iv'e read I believe they are who they say they are.

I believe that their view of the problems at the Gigafactory are real.

I have been trying to follow up on endeeps list of problems to see what if any thing is being done to fix them.

1. Solar panels have been installed on the roof.

2. I did see several management and line maintenance jobs listed for the Gigafactory shortly after this blog.

3. Google and other companies are moving into the same industrial park. Apparently the Gigafactory moving in attracted other companies which accelerated infrastructure plans by the parks developers. Hopefully this will also improve the roads and maybe make it feasible for a developer to see a need and build housing near the industrial park.

I think the the real problem wasn't just a problem with the robotics.
But I don't think that Musk was trying to hide any thing, I think that it would have been too hard to explain every thing that was going on in a press release so he just put out what he saw as the main problem.
I think that these problems are more than likely pretty normal when you
consider how complex of a challenge it would be to first start production at one of the worlds largest factories building the latest in technology at an unprecedented scale. I am confident that these issues will eventually be solved and that the Gigafactory will be running at 100% how soon I don't know.
