Don't you read the filings? They replaced them when they announced the other firm refused to renew the contract.

They now have KCCW Certified Public Accountants located in Alhambra, California. This could very well be the reason for the delay. It's a new firm that has to be sure the books are straight. They inherited a whole year of books to audit for the 10K. I wouldn't trust the audit of another firm to have done the same level of audit as my company would.
