100% on point. Mr. B mislead-manipulated everyone with Jan 31 completion date of the audit. The audit takes time and I am 100% confident his chartered accountant was aware of the $320k Delaware debt, a court search is all it takes. Otc has removed audited annual now unadited. How did he get the yield sign removed without his attorney signing off the annual? Probably promised Otc on the phone letter out in 45 days.

None of us know how much hidden debt there is beyond the $600k lam and $320k Del. Not including pending debts to mature or loans needed for Hexa.

Very disappointed but we have legal rights. I will reach out to friends in DC on that later.
