I hold SIPC & VATE because they appear to have a real shot at executing a successful business plan with products increasingly of interest to the general public and the entry point is attractive at this early stage of their development. Thanks for sharing your DD to point them out, Sleek.

However, IMHO, it is their fundamentals that will be the basis of their success and my profits, not catalysts per se. 2017, and thus far 2018, have been pretty much duds on the catalyst front. Not that you have been wrong in identifying them and drawing reasonable conclusions on their potential impact. It's just that it just doesn't seem to be materializing quite as expected.

IMHO, the very numbers you cite, 90% support, etc., also mean the novelty has somewhat worn off. As catalysts unfold, and money becomes less scared, this implied familiarity may temper wildcat mania in favor of more solid fundamentals - money is waiting on the winners to emerge. If so, the adventuresome money is already here and catalyst driven investment will be more targeted. SIPC & VATE are good targets and should do well in the general trend with or without a big-bump catalyst.

Just my musings on these interesting times. Thanks again for your insights. Hope you recover quickly.
