I completely agree they are on a tight timetable and will do the reverse merger over an IPO.

I was just pointing out some of the financial benefits the TGLO shell will bring along.

Plus, how often does a large private company go out and buy a clean shell and not reverse merge into it? It’s just not something that happens much or if at all.
