Are we missing the real opioid drug crisis?

Incredible situation from an opposite perspective.

Interesting the comment about morphine.

Heck we have an alternative non opiate rival to morphine. I think we are a solution necessary for the the worldwide problem for the opioid crisis and for those countries lacking drugs for pain relief. Whether it is to much opiates or not enough pain solutions.
