New to penny stock investing, so maybe I don't know what the hell I'm talking about. However, despite having bought and sold ALYI several times to a substantial profit I have some genuine concerns about this company.

So..... does anyone know why this company may not be a flaming dog turd? They have a few patents for lithium batteries, but then again, so do a lot of people. I've reviewed the patents and I can't figure out how they represent a breakthrough, or even an incremental improvement. I'm not an electrical engineer, but I usually can decipher engineering related patents, and I can't figure out how their acquired patents improve upon anything... much less something that could potentially return a profit.

Also, I see that their website has some grandiose visions of cornering the market on electric motorcycles, particularly in China. How do they plan to do this? Seems like a bold vision, but then again, my bold vision is to corner the market on breathing oxygen and to get the 7 billion people on Earth to pay me for the privilege. 'Course, I can't make that happen, or else I wouldn't be wasting my time in the dredges of the market.

All told, the patents they supposedly acquired appear to represent minuscule changes in current battery technology, and there are thousands of others who have patents that represent equally minuscule "improvements" in battery tech. I have to ask why anyone believes that two jamokes that have a phd in public policy/political economics (whatever that is) and a masters in comparative religion/religious history have a prayer (pun mildly intended) of cornering the market on advanced lithium-ion-energy-storage-based-two-wheeled-electric-transportation in China?????

So why should I, or anyone else, believe in this company??? Vlad the Reaper remains unconvinced, and Vlad the Reaper sold his interest in ALYI.

Vlad the Reaper predicts massive, cataclysmic failure, and Vlad the Reaper is rarely wrong.
