I agree I do not know
Public trading companies do sell stock to raise money
Up until recently if they did sell shares it would hav been for pennies

I for one hope that they did sell shares for capital so they can expand
and bring more value to the company

If they sold 10m worth Company stock
That cash is an asset
If a BOD member sells 10m of stocks
..... that goes into his pocket

With cash the company may be able to order more inventory to meet the dramatically increasing demand

They may spend money on development of new products

Or buy out another small company that they feel would ad to their product like

100k share 2 months ago would have
Brought in $4000
Last week $80,000

A lot has changed and I for one hope management is thinking on their feet

If I read it right the shares that were pulled off the tables belonged to individuals
